Interclub Leagues

Senior Mens Interclub

The senior men's interclub league for male members 55 and over is made up of Iroquois, Cedar Glen, Morrisburg, Prescott, Nationview, Brockville Highlands. Play at each club once and accumulate points for our club. Each week small prizes are awarded for gross and net scores on each team.

Ladies' Friendlies

Iroquois, Cedar Glen, Morrisburg, Prescott and other area clubs participate in friendly nine-hole competitions on a regular basis.

Intersectional Leagues

Men's Regular Intersectional

This is an OVGA-sponsored event that runs on a ladder system with four teams in each section. Clubs send ten club members to their sectional competition for the opportunity to climb the ladder and not fall back. The format is match play. Competitors play in a foursome, each playing three matches simultaneously. Players must qualify for the ten team positions.
Qualifying Dates: June 14, 21
Tournament: July 12 at Nationview

Ladies Intersectional

This is an OVGA-sponsored event that runs on a ladder system with four teams in each section. Clubs send ten team members to their sectional competition for the opportunity to climb the ladder and not fall back. The format is match play. Competitors play in a foursome, each playing three matches simultaneously. Players must qualify at the club level for team positions.
Tournament 2009 - Monday, July 13 - at Glengarry

Men's Senior Intersectional

This is an OVGA-sponsored event that runs on a ladder system with four teams in each section. Clubs send eight team members to their sectional competition for the opportunity to climb the ladder and not fall back. The format is match play. Competitors play in a foursome, each playing three matches simultaneously. Team composition is two 55-59, two 60-64, two 65+, two more 55+. Players must qualify for the eight team positions.
Qualifying Dates: August 8, 9
Tournament: September 8 at Metcalfe

Valley Leagues

Men's Valley League

This is an annual medal play competition among Iroquois, Sandy Row, Morrisburg, Cedar Glen, Summer Heights. Club members must qualify for their team. Team composition is one senior, three A class, three B class, three C class, and three D Class. In addition to team trophies there are gross and net trophies for individuals in each class.
Qualifying Dates: Aug 8,9.
Tournament: Sun Aug. 30 at Iroquois

Junior Valley League

This is an annual medal play competition among Iroquois, Sandy Row, Morrisburg, Cedar Glen, Summer Heights. Junior members (18 and under) must qualify for their team. Team composition is Three aged 8-13 and three aged 14-18. In addition to team trophies there are gross and net trophies for individuals in each age group.

Tournament: Aug. 26 at Cedar Glen

Ladies' Valley League

This is an annual medal play team competition among Iroquois, Morrisburg, Cedar Glen, Summerheights, and Prescott. Female members must qualify at the home club level for their team. Team composition is three A class, three B class, three C class, three D class, 1 Senior and 1 Spare In addition to the team trophy and prizes there are low gross and low net awards for individuals in each class.
Qualifying dates for 2009 - June 14, 21 & July 5
Tournament - Sunday, August 16 at Summerheights
